Shadowline's aesthetic presents a realistic, yet utterly desolate urban backdrop. which keep the potentially metaphysical side of the story grounded. The set work, including many artistic props, are done in a way that appear quite natural.

Whilst the visual tone becomes muted through grading the imagery to impose the sense of urban isolation, destitution, and dirtiness associated with the feelings of the lead character. The lighting and composition of each shot is designed to keep the focus on the charachters uncomforable state, while adding a visualy artistic level to the drama.
